The Nez Perce Local Education Program Fund August 2023
LCECP has been awarded $10,000 from the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee!

On August 24th, 2023, Heidi, Tyson, Janna, and David, attended the Nez Perce Tribal Education Grant luncheon at the Clearwater River Casino where they were presented with a $10,000 check! The award will go towards building a shade structure at the Clarkston Early Head Start Fair Street and Moscow playgrounds. ​​​​​​​

LCECP would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee for their generosity, and their support to help us create a more positive environment that will impact the lives and education of our students!
Thank you to L-C Valley Habitat for Humanity and Lewis Clark Association of Realtors for the playhouse! The beautiful yellow playhouse with hand painted designs, a real floor and real roof are a wonderful addition to our playground! Thank you for all of the hard work and dedication to this project! The children love it!!

LCECP has been awarded $5000 from the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee!
On August 18th, 2022, both Heidi Thornton and David Waltari, along with Alice Weaver and Tyson Hollingsworth, attended the Nez Perce Tribal Education Grant Awards Ceremony at the Clearwater River Casino where they were presented with a $5000 check!
